This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs returns of products purchased from Southeastern Dock Supply (“Company,” “we,” “our”).
By submitting a return request, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to the terms below.
1. Eligibility Window
Products are eligible for return up to one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
After one year, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for refund review, products must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be in clean, unused, resellable condition.
- Item must not have been installed, used, placed in water, or mounted on or near a dock or vessel.
- Original form and integrity of the product must not be altered.
- All original hardware, components, and parts must be returned.
Products that show any signs of wear, use, water exposure, or installation are considered non-returnable and will be rejected.
3. Shipping Responsibility
All shipping costs associated with returns — including freight to Company and any subsequent return freight if rejected — are the responsibility of the customer.
Southeastern Dock Supply does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse shipping expenses.
4. Restocking Fee
Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee of seven percent (7%) of the product price.
Restocking fees are deducted from any approved refund.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Upon receipt of the product, Company will inspect the item to confirm eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Processing time for inspection and refund is typically 7–14 business days from receipt.
- Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstance.
If a return is rejected due to condition or ineligibility, customer is responsible for shipping arrangements and cost to retrieve the item.
6. Final Determination
All return approval determinations are made at the sole discretion of Southeastern Dock Supply.
Company reserves the right to deny any return that does not strictly comply with this Policy.
7. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
