This Privacy Policy describes how DockOS/Helm (“the Software”), operated by Southeastern Dock Supply (“the Company”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Company’s internal business operations.

1. Scope. DockOS is an internal application used by the Company for job-costing, labor tracking, and financial reporting. It is not a consumer-facing product and is not made available to the general public.

2. Information we process. The Software processes business data necessary for its function, including job and project records, employee labor and scheduling information, customer and vendor records, purchase and inventory data, and financial and accounting data. This data is retrieved from the Company’s own connected systems, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Cin7, Jobber, and time-tracking tools.

3. How we use information. Information is used solely to operate the Software’s internal functions: calculating job costs, tracking labor, generating financial and operational reports, and supporting business decisions. The Company does not sell or rent any data processed by the Software.

4. Third-party services. The Software connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs to retrieve the Company’s own data. Access is authorized by the Company through each provider’s secure authentication process. The Software’s use of information received from these APIs adheres to each provider’s applicable requirements, including Intuit’s, and limited-use obligations where they apply.

5. Data storage and security. Data is stored on systems controlled by the Company and protected by access controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are not shared.

6. Data retention. Business data is retained as long as needed for the Company’s operational and record-keeping purposes, or as required by law.

7. Access limitations. Only authorized Company personnel may access the Software and the data it processes. Access is granted based on role and business need.

8. Changes to this policy. The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
