This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of DockOS (“the Software”), an internal business application developed and operated by Southeastern Dock Supply (“the Company”) for job-costing, operations, and financial reporting purposes.
1. License. The Company grants authorized employees and representatives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software solely for the Company’s internal business operations. The Software is not offered, sold, or licensed to the general public.
2. Permitted use. The Software may be used only by individuals authorized by the Company. Users agree to access the Software only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with the Company’s policies.
3. Restrictions. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except as authorized by the Company. Users may not use the Software to access data they are not authorized to view.
4. Data and third-party services. The Software integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, to retrieve and process business data. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. The Company accesses only data belonging to the Company’s own accounts.
5. Ownership. All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including any updates and modifications, remain the property of the Company.
6. No warranty. The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
8. Termination. The Company may suspend or revoke access to the Software at any time, for any reason, including termination of employment or violation of this Agreement.
9. Changes. The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
