Q: What’s included in a Dock Watch visit?
We reposition your dock to the current water line, check cable security, fine-tune the winches and ramp wheels, inspect the dock’s overall condition, and email you a photo before we leave. It’s the same routine every visit, so nothing gets missed.
Q: How often do you come out?
Every two weeks — twice a month, year-round, rain or shine. You don’t have to call, remind us, or schedule anything.
Q: How much does Dock Watch cost?
It depends on your dock, your shoreline, and how we get to it. We come out, look at your setup in person, and give you a straight rate — no obligation and no pressure.
Q: What happens if you spot a problem?
We photograph it and tell you what we’d recommend. Any repair is quoted separately, and nothing gets done without your OK — our own crew handles it through Dock Repair.
Q: Do I still need Dock Watch if I live on the lake?
Plenty of our customers do. Lanier moves more than people expect, and a standing two-week schedule means your dock never gets away from you during a busy stretch.
